Listing & Prepping Information

Listing 101

It is a major mistake to think that a house will sell by itself.  Nothing is easy about selling a house, even in a "seller's market".  Oftentimes, people are in search of their "dream" home, unwilling to settle for anything less than perfect.  Buyers want to envision themselves living in your home, so it is of utmost importance to keep them in mind when preparing and listing your home for the market.  Every detail counts, including if the home is priced within the market, which can either push potential buyers in or out the door.

That's why the Joe G is here to help you navigate through the selling process.  He has proven expertise in selling homes in the Rochester area and will take careful steps to get your home ready for the market.  He has a keen understanding of what sells and is ready to share some simple tips to sell your house to get your home looking at its HIGHEST & BEST for Photo Day & Showings!

To properly prepare your home for photos that will be showcased in the real estate market, he recommends taking the following tips into consideration to garner interest from potential buyers for future open houses or home showings.
