Client Appreciation Program

JoeGSells Client Appreciation Program (CAP)

The JoeGSells team hosts Client Appreciation Events each year.  These events are always family-friendly and Joe and his team enjoy reconnecting with and seeing former clients and their growing families at these fun events while also meeting and getting to know new clients. Past Events

  • Annual Red Wings Baseball Night (After a Covid break, look for next event Summer 2023):  Over the years, the JoeGSells team has hosted several CAP events at Frontier Field in the Left Field Picnic Pavillion. These events have been a wonderful way to celebrate the summer while gathering with former as well as new clients and their families.


  • Ice Cream Social (Summer):  Each August, the JoeGSells team celebrates the end of the summer by hosting an ice cream social CAP event.  The team invites all clients, including former friends and their families as well as current clients, to enjoy a delicious treat before the beginning of a new school year.


  • Annual "Pie Day" (Thanksgiving Week):  On the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, Joe & his team host a "Pie Day" CAP event where he gives away a complimentary pie to their clients.  They accept pie orders earlier in the month and shares information about a local charity that they will be accepting donations for that year.  Every year, the delicious pies are ordered from Leo's Bakery, a locally-owned and operated bakery and deli in East Rochester.  At the Pie Day event, appetizers are served to former and current clients and their family members while they pick up their pie orders and say hi!  Each year the Joe and his team looks forward to this event; they are eager to show their gratitude towards their former and new clients and are equally thankful for the opportunity to accept and drop off donations to their chosen charity.

"Pop Bys"

“Pop Bys” are opportunities for Joe to stop by his past clients’ homes throughout the year to check in and drop off small gifts of his appreciation for their business and continued support.  The idea behind these visits is for Joe to stay in touch with his former clients and to bless them with a small token of gratitude and to let them know that he is thinking about them and that he is there to help serve their family, friends, and coworkers in the same way that he serves them. 


For example, just before St. Patrick’s Day in March, Joe is out and about popping by past clients’ homes to drop off a lotto scratch-off for their shot at getting "lucky".  Mother’s Day & Fathers Day is another time Joe gets out for a "pop-by" visit. 


Joe also likes to write personal notes to his former customers, so don’t be surprised to get an occasional hand-written note from him from time to time!  What’s better than getting an old-fashioned piece of mail with a note of thanks or encouragement?!

Mailing Monthly Items of Value

Everyone loves getting real mail … that is, mail that isn’t a bill or an advertisement! 


The information that Joe sends in the mail to his former clients is valuable as it provides interesting or important information that may be of interest to them or someone they know.  When Joe sends this information every month, his clients come to rely on and appreciate it.  It's also a subtle reminder that he is not only their advocate and real estate expert but more importantly their friend.
